Puntland Vice President H.E. Ilyas Osman Lugatoor today attended the graduation ceremony of the 10th graduating class of the University of Bosaso’s Garowe campus.
A total of 213 students graduated from various faculties after successfully completing their university studies.
In his address, Vice President Ilyas Osman Lugatoor congratulated the graduates and offered them advice and prayers. He commended their dedication throughout their studies and encouraged them to use their knowledge and skills to contribute to the development of Puntland and the wider Somali community.
The ceremony was attended by Puntland government officials, university administrators, lecturers, students, parents, religious scholars, academics, and other distinguished guests.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, the Vice President presented certificates and awards to outstanding students who excelled in their respective faculties.
